NATO Innovation Challenge

Providing wounded soldiers with safe and appropriate medical treatment under life-threatening hostile drone activity is one of the most significant threats to Ukrainian soldiers’ lives at the front line in Ukraine

In response to this challenge, NATO decided that its biannual innovation competition would address this issue.

Warmflakes Duo Pack therefore participated in the NATO Innovation Challenge in late autumn 2025, led by NATO Allied Command Transformation, Norfolk, USA, and conducted in cooperation with the Ukrainian Armed Forces through JATAC in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

The competition attracted record interest, with 175 applications from 20 nations. Following a thorough evaluation process, 10 finalists were selected to present their solutions in London.

Warmflake was invited to the final and received a special distinction from the jury for its contribution. The award confirms the solution’s relevance in demanding operational environments and strengthens Warmflake’s position within medical support and preparedness.
